This vinyasa inspired style infuses dynamic movement with strongholds in postures. Open to all levels, this challenging and playful practice often leads to a peak experience. Intentionally putting together the building blocks you journey into throughout the class and finishing off with a luxurious deep stretch. The goal here is cultivating a powerful practice.

SOULFUL YIN

Translates as ""shade" or "passive", referring to slower, more passive practice.
