ALLY CARROLL
Ally was born and raised in Vancouver B.C and has always been inspired by the beautiful nature in this city. Her personal journey with yoga, has been one with deep healing, spiritual and transformational experiences. Ally completed both her 200 hr and 300 hr yoga teacher trainings with Yoga East West, studying with teachers from all over the world. She believes that yoga is for all bodies, and she encourages students to journey inward and explore through a mindful practice of breath, movement and meditation.

The magic happens when we come together to create a holistic, multi-dimensional experience in S&S immersive space. During this restorative yin yoga practice you will spend time resting in stillness in each Yin pose, while experiencing a journey of sound through the healing vibrations of many instruments such as crystal bowls, drums, and koshi chimes. This meditative yoga practice will support in creating inner harmony and balance within the body and mind, as you relax, recharge and realign before you start the new week!

An Iranian Multi-Instrumentalist who blends her classical training with a profound passion for sound healing. After getting her Bachelor Degree in Music and Flute studies, She discovered the transformative power of sound and vibration, leading her to become a certified sound healer with over a decade of experience. Delyar’s performances are designed to uplift the soul and guide listeners on a magical inner journey. By using Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Flutes and more, Creating a memorable One-Hour experience that resonates deeply with every individual.

What is sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down and are immersed in sound waves produced by instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These sounds are used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of healing and well-being.

What should I expect during a sound bath?

You’ll lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. As the session begins, you’ll hear a variety of soothing sounds and vibrations from different instruments. Many people experience deep relaxation, mental clarity, and even emotional release during the session. It’s normal for your mind to wander, but the sounds will guide you back into a peaceful state.

Do I need any previous experience with meditation or sound therapy?

No prior experience is required! A sound bath is suitable for everyone, whether you're a seasoned meditator or a complete beginner. Just bring an open mind and be ready to relax.

What should I bring to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as you’ll be lying down for the duration of the session. You may want to bring a yoga mat or blanket for extra comfort, although we’ll have mats & props available. We provide rent free yoga mats, yoga props and equipment required for your mat practice. All our yoga mats are designed with extra softness; our posters, blankets and cushions are extra soft and ideal for mediations. As the part of the class, we set up the yoga room taking care of all the props before & after the class. Cleaning the props is part of our customer service. We are advising to stay hydrated during and after the session.
